Aggressive Pup Agreement

Owners are required to promptly notify Pappy Paws LLC of any instances where their dog exhibits or has exhibited aggressive behavior, including attempted or actual biting, towards individuals, other animals, or during specific grooming procedures. The use of muzzles may be deemed necessary in such situations. It is important to note that muzzling is a safe practice aimed at safeguarding both the dog and the groomer, and often aids in calming the animal.

While our groomers at Pappy Paws LLC are Fear Free certified and strive to ensure a stress-free grooming experience for every canine client, it is imperative to acknowledge that we retain the right to decline or discontinue services for any dog at our discretion, both prior to and during the grooming session. In such cases, the owner will be liable for the cost of any completed services or our minimum visit charge of $70.
All determinations regarding the suitability of a dog for grooming services will be made by the groomer present at the time of the appointment. Owners assume full responsibility for any medical expenses or damages incurred as a result of their pet causing harm to groomers, staff, or other animals.
